While playing Stanier RPD, using a wrong city's stickers didn't feel right then I said why not doing something simple and similar to Voit's LR Rockport Livery Pack.
What Changes:
RPD texts from back of the car are changed to LSPD
Rockport's Seal is changed to Los Santos'
